Recreational Classes

Novice Rec

5-6 years 

The recreational program is designed to provide fundamental skills in a fun and controlled environment. Gymnasts in this program work on developing body movement, fitness, and technical gymnastics skills, while also learning how to work together in a team.

Athletes in this program will learn a group routine to perform at our Showcase at the end of each session (Winter and Spring). 

Fall 2023 Class Options:

-Tuesdays from 4:15-5PM

-Thursdays from 4:15-5PM

-Saturdays from 1:00PM-1:45PM 

Start & End Dates: 

Four month session: All classes start the week after the Sept long weekend, and end after our Winter Showcase in December. 

Eight month session: All classes start the week after the Sept long weekend, and end after our Spring Showcase in April. 

A detailed calendar including breaks during school holidays, etc will be circulated prior to each session. 

Junior Rec

7-9 years 

The recreational program is designed to provide fundamental skills in a fun and controlled environment. Gymnasts in this program work on developing body movement, fitness, and technical gymnastics skills, while also learning how to work together in a team.
