Next Generation Training

8+ years old 

The Next Generation program is for athletes interested in joining the pre-competitive or competitive program and would like a challenge above the recreational classes. Athletes will learn one or two routines based on their skill level, and will have the option of training as a group (depending on numbers and ages) or an individual. 

Athletes in this program will learn solo and group routines to perform at our Winter Showcase in December (and Spring Showcase if registering for the entire eight month session).

This program requires athletes to work independently at times during training. Please contact us to find out if this program is right for your gymnast. 

Fall 2023 Class Options:

-Wednesdays from 5-7PM

Start & End Dates: 

Four month session: All classes start the week after the Sept long weekend, and end after our Winter Showcase in December. 

Eight month session: All classes start the week after the Sept long weekend, and end after our Spring Showcase in April. 

A detailed calendar including breaks during school holidays, etc will be circulated prior to each session.
